AmeriClean features a distinctive combination of surfactants and pH builders that effectively dissolve ink upon contact. This product is specifically formulated to pump seamlessly through the entire press system, helping to avoid ink clogs in both pumps and anilox cells.

As it flows through the press, AmeriClean penetrates deeply into the anilox cells, reaching up to a 1000 line screen. It re-wets dried ink and suspends it, preventing any re-deposition during the cleaning process. This cleaner is ideal for medium to high line screen applications where maintaining cell volume and print quality is a must.
