Today feels especially meaningful to me as the wife of a veteran and a former police officer. Memorial Day is more than a long weekend in the mountains, it’s a reminder of the brave men and women who gave everything in service to this country and the families who carry their memory forward every day.
Freedom is never free, and today we pause to honor the courage, sacrifice, and selflessness of those who never made it home.
From our little corner of Appalachia, we remember them with grateful hearts. ❤️
POV: me running from Zillow experts one showing at a time….because buying a home is too important to be based on a comment section, a Zestimate, or somebody’s cousin who bought a house once in 2006.
