Eating enough protein helps your body build and repair muscle, recover faster from workouts, and stay strong as you age. It also keeps you fuller longer, supports a healthy metabolism, and plays a key role in overall wellness.

Start small. Add eggs or Greek yogurt at breakfast. Toss chicken, tofu, or beans onto your lunch salad. Choose protein pasta at dinner. Snack on cottage cheese, nuts, or a protein shake between meals.

It’s not about being perfect, but about making simple swaps. More protein = better energy, stronger workouts, and easier progress.
