Today, we take the opportunity to honor our very own heroes from our Pride Home Care family. We are eternally grateful for their service and the freedoms that their sacrifices helped protect.

✨We are pleased to announce that Ms. Marcia Tilson has been selected as our May 2026 Employee of the Month. Thank you for your hard work and dedication!✨

In Marcia’s own words:

“My name is Marcia Tilson, I have been married to my husband Scott for 10 years. I’m a proud dog mom to Coco, Buddy, and Milo.
Family and God are at the center of my life, I love planning special events and making memories with my children and grandchildren. Even with three autoimmune diseases, I never let anything stand in the way of doing what I love most, which is caring for others. At Pride Home Care, I don’t see my work as just a job. I treat every client like family and I care for them with the same compassion and dedication I would give my own parents. Outside of caregiving, I have also worked for nearly 9 years at ACES, a teen foster home in Jasper, where I continue to pour my heart into helping others. My family often says it must be nice to have two jobs I truly love and I agree. I’m very blessed!! In fact, if I won the lottery today, I’d take a couple day off and then go right back to doing what I love: caring for others.”
