For 326 days, MARIGOLD waited for the right place to call home.

Today, she's living the quiet barn life she was always meant to have, keeping watch over her new horse friends, Stella and Chief, and settling into a place that's all her own.

MARIGOLD's happy ending wouldn't have been possible without our incredible TNR volunteers, Silvia and Liz, who helped find the perfect match for this special girl.

Every adoption story is different, and MARIGOLD's reminds us that sometimes the best homes are the ones you never expected.

Last October, GAMORA found her forever family and became FREYA. 🥹

Since then, she’s grown from a tiny 13-pound puppy into a thriving 45-pound girl who has filled her home with love, laughter, and plenty of toys.

FREYA’s favorite treats include baby carrots, green beans, celery, pickles, and plain Greek yogurt mixed with pumpkin in her kibble. When she’s not enjoying a snack, you’ll usually find her surrounded by her favorite toys. Balls top the list, but her beloved rabbie, hippo, and piggers are close behind. Her family says she loves spreading her stuffed toys all over the house!

We absolutely love receiving updates like this and seeing our former shelter pets living their best lives. Thank you to Jamie and her family for giving FREYA such a wonderful home and for sharing these sweet photos with us.

And join us in wishing FREYA a very happy 1st birthday! 🎉🐾💕
