This week, we are featuring Scholar's Rooftop, with today being our first look inside the front door!

Every apartment at Scholar's Rooftop includes 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a living/dining area. Each unit features an in-unit washer and dryer, 9ft. ceilings, vinyl plank flooring, stainless steel appliances, and a large tub/shower.

Other unique features, like juliet balconies or built-in desks, are available with different floorplans!

Thanks to the support across all of our properties, Renaissance Rentals was able to donate 1,108 pounds of food to Hoosier Hills Food Bank, providing roughly 923 meals!

In honor of Earth Day last week, the Renaissance Rentals team recently got together to pick up trash from the Jackson Creek trail. We picked up tons of trash and saw some beautiful sights along the way!
