I guess I'm confused??
I understand that guns kill people (when someone pulls the trigger), but also if using that same perspective (without info. in the Parentheses): Then cars drive drunk, pencils misspelled words, and forks make people fat ,,, come'on people, hold people accountable for their actions: Decisions have consequences. Criminals hurt/kill people because they use "force" (a knife, a baseball bat, a car, a lie, etc) to attain things illegally; the majority of people (+90%) don't! **Please understand that success will come from managing the person committing the crime, not the people being assaulted by both the criminal and their gov't taking their ability to protect themselves in their homes: Criminals don't fill out the forms to get a gun; but takes the gov't CANNOT protect folks from criminals committing home invasions (check out what's happening in Philly, NyCity, Atlanta, etc) ... I think Charleston Heston said it best: You can take my gun(s) "from my cold, dead, hands"...
