Wonder Jigs

About a week ago I got an email from a customer who was concerned about some paint chipping on a Psycho eye after catching 100+ perch on it. I told him I would replace it but would like to see the chipped one to see if improvements can be made. Yesterday I got this with his 3rd order in the last 2 weeks.

I had another great day catching Perch with your jigs. Only caught 118, and a nice bass, before my whining partners wanted to go home. Unfortunately I had something break me off and I lost the chipped lure I promised to return to you.
On the brighter side, I didn't leave the lake without selling the last of my first batch of jigs to my friends. Two of them caught about 170 between them, on sample lures, and decided they'd either buy them from me or jump me for the lures....I sold them!
Seriously, I plan to make another purchase of ten jigs, pay you for the replacement and hopefully get an extra Pink/Chartreuse/White jig. What's the best way to handle this?
