Had the pleasure today of being a guest of the Bloomington Noon Rotary MN at the annual Veteran’s Day Luncheon sponsored by the Rotary Clubs of Rotary District 5950. Wonderful program, great music by the Rotary Brass Quintet (under the direction of former Edina Councilmember Mary Brindle!), and an inspiring and thought-provoking Keynote Address by SFC Josh Guyse.

To all veterans: A grateful nation thanks and honors you.

Thanks to Bloomington Police Department, MN Officer Joe Schwartz for suggesting we get a picture at the Old Cedar Avenue Bridge Celebration before the rain started! It was great to have Amy Klobuchar join us on Saturday for the long overdue celebration of one of my favorite Bloomington landmarks.
