Ya estamos en vivo en WFHB Hola Bloomington, con Verónica Sambra, estudiante de doctorado (PhD) en Indiana University Bloomington en el área de nutrición y salud pública, ha enfocado parte de su trabajo académico e investigación en temas relacionados con el consumo de sodas y bebidas azucaradas en niños, la prevención de la diabetes, la obesidad y estrategias de alimentación saludable, incluyendo temas como el ayuno intermitente.
Además de su labor académica, Verónica es colaboradora del Boletín Comunitario, la publicación mensual en español de City of Bloomington, IN - Latino Programs and Outreach Division, donde comparte artículos educativos sobre nutrición, dirigidos a la comunidad hispanohablante.
