HUD Has Changed Its ESA Guidelines | What it Means for You HUD has new emotional support animal enforcement guidelines, rescinding policies that made untrained ESAs reasonable accommodations.

Hello to our local charities and non-profits! There is a grant opportunity available to you through the Indiana Uplands Realtor Association. Applications are due by August 31st and funding is typically between $100-$1,000. IURA's Community Giving Committee meets in early fall to review all applications and make decisions on disbursement amounts to be given out in late September/early October.

The Indiana Uplands Realtor® Association established the REALTOR® Community Giving Fund to support Monroe, Owen, and Greene counties in Indiana. This is a permanent commitment by REALTORS® to provide charitable support to the communities in which they work and live. Through the Realtor® Community Giving Fund, members are able to support their primary concerns involving housing, health, safety, and beautification projects.
