Happy closing day to Shannon's clients who are moving back from Indiana with their 3 (soon to be 4!!) kiddos! They were looking for something with a large yard where they weren't on top of their neighbors. This one far exceeded expectations with a little acreage and no neighbors! When they bought their previous house with Shannon, they looked at dozens of houses over several months. This time around this was the first house they looked at. They looked at a few others just to confirm that the first house was the right house…and it definitely was! Welcome home, Hutchinson family!
