We are ready to start the party this summer for Bloomfield Public Library’s 2026 Summer Reading Program! The party starts on Monday, June 29th with the Summer Reading Kick-Off Party happening from 3pm to 6pm!! 📚 ☀️

🌟 What’s happening?
3PM – 4PM: Magic Show (for children & their grown ups ONLY)
4PM – 5:30PM: DJ Corey, Food Trucks, Games and Crafts for all
5:45PM: Teen & Adult Summer Reading Raffle (Drawing #1)

It’s bound to be a summer full of reading, adventure and fun for all ages! 🥳
But the fun doesn’t end there! We have a whole summer PACKED with exciting programs and events to attend! Just by checking out materials or attending our programs, Bloomfield residents 12+ can win weekly raffle prizes and a GRAND PRIZE of a BRAND NEW Lenovo Laptop donated by Aaron’s Inc. !!!!!!!!!!!! 💻 🏆

It's time! Our Summer Reading Program kick-off event for kids is this Monday at 3pm in the main library! Children and their grownups are invited to a DINO-mite magic show featuring Steve Woyce, and can register afterwards to receive their summer reading starter kits. We can't wait for our young readers to and enjoy the magic of reading with us this summer! 🦖🦕

FREE CONCERT: The Musettes
The Musettes are a recorder ensemble composed of senior citizens that meet in Montclair every week. This is a free to attend concert, no registration required!

A Message from the Musettes:
