Adamah is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, driven General Manager to join our team.

Requirements:
• Proven leadership experience in civil construction, earthwork, excavation, or heavy equipment operations
• Strong knowledge of estimating, job costing, scheduling, and construction financials
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts
• Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple concurrent projects
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills

What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader who takes ownership of company-wide operations. You will oversee construction projects from pursuit through completion, guiding our continued growth in hauling, pad building, excavation, and road construction. We need someone who promotes a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement while building strong relationships with our clients.

• Full-time executive leadership role
• Based in Bloomfield, NM
