Some moments in life just leave you speechless.

Last night, my good buddy of the Michigan Fingerstyle Guitar Society graciously gifted me this beautiful Holloway , and I’m still kind of in disbelief. I’ve wanted one of these instruments since I was a kid. Every time I’ve ever played a harp guitar, it has felt alive to me, like it had songs waiting inside it for me to discover.

JB, thank you for such an unbelievably generous gift.

And big thanks to for canceling my connecting flight and creating the unexpected chance to spend an evening in the Detroit area with JB and his wonderful fiancée . Love you guys and always cherish our hangs together. 🙏🫶
