Youth Leader Job Description:
Starting Pay: $14.50 per hour
Shift: 2:30/45pm until 6:00pm Monday through Friday during the school year.
Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.*

Assist in instruction—both academic and enrichment.
Check students in and out of the program each day, noting exact times.
Assists in tutoring students, either in a group or individually.
Assists Site Coordinator in preparation of materials.
Prepares and delivers a provided lesson each day.
Assists in enforcing and upholding school regulations.
Supervise students during snack, recess, lessons, and other activities.

Qualifications:
Must be 16 years of age or older.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to students.
Ability to develop effective working relationships with students, staff, and the school community.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to students, site coordinator, teachers, parents, and community partners.
