I don't know about you... but, I seem to be tuning my guitars "down" a lot, lately. MONSOONITIS!!! Be careful. If you're guitar is developing a back-bow on the neck it could lead to permanent damage. As the neck is fighting (and winning) the truss rod in the neck of your guitar, it is compressing the wood at either end of the truss rod. Then comes Winter... Your neck gets too much "relief" and because of the compressed wood you've run out of truss rod adjustment. Not good... In fact, very bad! Bring your guitfiddle by and I'll take a look.
