There’s always more to the story … it for the sake of brevity I thought I’d share little bit. Our last mezzanine didn’t pass inspection for 1 reason - anchors. They needed to be torqued to 40 ft/lbs and needed to verify embedment. I used to get pretty upset if something like this happened. I thought everything had to be perfect all the time. I used to pride myself on having never failed an inspection. In this case, like in every job we install, we were committed to seeing the project through and stand behind our work. So I took a teammate and we made the 4 hours trip to Knoxville from Birmingham , and we tightened and checked every anchor and addressed all the issues. We can’t get it 💯 all the time. But we are committed to being faithful in the small things.
