I would now recommend that most people should do a 30-60 day detox to exprence it for yourself.

Have I been board.. Well yess.. in short bust.. and that was for the first few days but what I have been filling that time with now has been so great.

I am going to be riding this out until November 17 when I compete at my bjj jiu jitsu competition in frankenmuth

Unstoppable is coming to the Chicago International Film Festival THIS THURSDAY!

Anthony Robles and actor Jharrel Jerome will be there for Q&A after the show.
