New 5.0-star Review: "We went to purchase a new hot tub. Not knowing what we needed, we went to Shoemaker based on reputation. The young man we worked with, Troy Bearden, was outstanding! He guided us through the process, ask about our needs and wants, and worked with us to pick the right HT for us. He was never pushy or aggressive. He took a real consultative approach. After we made our decision, Troy organized all the set up and delivery! It went smoothly and we were in the Hot Tub in no time. I would really recommend going to Shoemaker and Troy especially!!! Couldn’t ask for a better experience!"
