Welcome to the SPM Family, Griffin Thomas!

Griffin recently joined SPM as part of our Financial Planning & Analysis group. In this role, Griffin will support key functions associated with property budgeting, P&L forecasting, new business analysis/support, due diligence support and various property and portfolio performance analyses related to P&L, collections and leasing.

For the past 10 years Griffin has served in a variety of roles at MAA, the nation’s largest owner/operator of multifamily. He has direct management experience in multiple markets South Eastern markets including Winston Salem, NC, Greensboro, NC, Huntsville, AL, Tuscaloosa, AL and Birmingham, AL.

He is a graduate of the University of Alabama where he received a degree in Finance with a specialization in Real Estate and a minor in computer science. We are very excited to welcome Griffin to our growing team.
