Nexbillpay wants to give a big shout out to the Kentucky Rural Water Association (KRWA)! Thank you as an association for all that you do and everything that you represent in the state of KY for your rural utility members. We have been a part of this association for 8 years and every conference we attend continues to validate the importance of our payment services, software and support as a company for all of the KRWA members who have chosen to partner with Nexbillpay! Thank you for another well attended and very successful KRWA Management Conference.

Nexbillpay Christmas Party, 2022 is the books! A very big shout out to The Southern Restaurant, our host for this years event. We all had wonderful time, enjoying our work friends and their families. It was my privilege and honor to be able to announce to the staff that Nexbillpay had officially exceeded 1,000 customers across the country, became PCI DSS Compliant, and so close to processing a half BILLION dollars in payments for our Rural Utility Customers. Our company constantly has to embrace change, invest in technology to stay relevant, invest in wonderful people who share our same values and offer best in class support to our customers. So... another successful year in the books and thank you to everyone for your trust, work ethic, and making a dream a reality.

Nexbillpay staff members having a spooktacular time today. I have even heard a little role playing with both consumers and our utility customers on support calls... having fun and enjoying each other.
