Pasta has been a cornerstone of Italian cuisine for centuries, with its origins tracing back thousands of years to early Mediterranean cultures, and over time, families paired their regional pastas with local wines, creating the timeless tradition of enjoying pasta and wine together at the table.

Taking place on Wednesday, May 20th at 6:30PM CDT, this month’s dinner will showcase different styles of pasta crafted by Grano, an artisan pasta company based in Birmingham, known for producing high-quality pasta using traditional Italian methods and premium ingredients. Each dish has been thoughtfully paired with wines selected to highlight the unique flavors and textures of every pasta.
