Not the 2016 trend I had hoped for but this trip down memory lane warmed my heart. 10 years with you would have never been enough time but I’m grateful for it all the same.
Our house is significantly quieter with out your deep snores. Meal times aren’t as chaotic without me tripping over you while you sniff around for some sneaked snacks.
Family walks won’t be a tug of war between you put putting behind and Aubie full force ahead.
Your spot under the kitchen table will forever be yours just no longer warmed by you.
When anyone comes around the house we won’t have the same cautious bark to let intruders or passer Byers know you mean business.
Thank you for healing a hole in your dads heart. Being the most fiercely loyal dog that was ours and for welcoming not just Aubie as a little sister but Maeve.
