When I decided to start over, I didn’t know exactly what to expect I just knew that the old version of myself had to go. And that meant everything! My mindset, what I believed , my thoughts about myself and even my business that took me over a decade to build.
I have been through a lot (like most women, I have come across). We are silently keeping everything in. I have been through domestic violence (my ex put a gun to my head),severely beaten (bruises from my lip to my ankles),molestation as a child, high levels of debt, abandonment, extreme anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, and accepted a misogynistic, toxic religion to name a few.
But most importantly, I didn’t love myself. I hated the story that was unfolding for my life. All I could see was brokenness and life full of failures and mistakes when I looked in the mirror each day.

After feeling like I truly couldn’t go on, I started therapy (I choose me). I had no idea that therapy would lead me to where I am today. I can finally look in the mirror and say I love me! I accept everything I went through, I love my mistakes and love how I have evolved through them. I wouldn’t want to be anyone else.

Quae is MY space where I do what I LOVE and give the opportunity for other woman to have the chance to breathe and fall more in love with herself. Quae is a safe haven for women. This place is necessary for us all.
I choose her(me) is a mantra that I have been saying often and is the perfect first campaign for Quae.
Quae Wellness Studio is me choosing the woman that I look at everyday in the mirror (her)!
I hope my openness can free another woman.
