In “Unexpected Passion” Joshua Lasky shares more than a dozen portraits inspired by old master painters like Rembrandt and Vermeer.

Through studying these works and comparing them to the works of great living and passed photographers, Lasky discovered the core elements of his own photographic style.

“Joshua Lasky | Unexpected Passion” is on view in the first floor Sears Harkness II gallery through October 18, 2026.
