Another new juice makes its way to the menu this week and it’s a combination that was truly MINT TO BEET 😋

Featuring organic local seeded watermelon, fresh local mint, lime and beetroot ✨

I love tailoring Pure’s menu to feature local, seasonal ingredients and I’ve been obsessed with any and all watermelon combinations this summer and this juice is no exception 🍉

Watermelon, mint and lime pair famously together and the subtle addition of beetroot just makes it all the more healthful (and vibrant!).

But let’s talk about Mint for a minute 🌿
Mint does wonders for digestion, helps detoxify the body, has antiseptic and cleansing properties, and is a great source of some really important minerals like calcium, zinc, phosphorus and copper. It’s a powerful plant not to be dismissed and it’s cooling effect in combination with watermelon make this the perfect summer beverage MINT to BEET (ok I’ll stop) the heat. 😎

P.S. I source my watermelons from the sweetest family at the Ocean Springs Fresh Market and they’re Mississippi grown in George County! Fully organic and from heirloom seeds 😍

This was actually one of the very first combos I ever made when I first got into juicing and I remember just how *green* and *healthy* it tasted 😅 but with continued juicing I found that my tastebuds actually shifted and I began craving this combo! Who else has noticed a positive shift in their tastebuds / cravings since adding cold-pressed juice to their diet?? 🙋‍♀️ 🙋‍♂️
