This project, undertaken in a Billings industrial powder coating facility, highlights that not every coating application is focused on aesthetics. We utilized ENECON DuraFill, in conjunction with leftover steel blasting grit, to screed the floor and significantly enhance its smoothness. The client previously experienced difficulties with carts carrying freshly powder-coated components due to the floor's rough surface. Following the application of two coats, we employed a grinder to degloss, introduce slip resistance, and further level the floor. ENECON

4 years later, the ENECON WBC coating on these outdoor steps that we repaired for a local university still look like new.

This aluminum vac trailer has corrosion causing pinhole leaks. We’ll use our Dustless Blasting system to prep it, ENECON DurAlloy to repair the corrosion, and CHEMCLAD GP to line and protect it. There’s also some fab work to do inside that we’ll take care of.
