Student-athletes planning to participate in UIL athletics or activities for the 2026-2027 school year will need an updated sports physical.

Physicals are required for:
✅ Incoming 7th graders
✅ Incoming 9th graders
✅ Incoming 11th graders
✅ Students new to UIL athletics
✅ Students with an expired physical (older than one year)
✅ Students with significant changes in medical history

📋 Please bring your UIL Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation (PPE) form. Parent/Guardian signature is required.
