Good morning, Saturday and Sunday Feb 21st & Feb 22nd. The rink and Lodge is open from 11:00-8:00 both days. Come on out and enjoy the final weekend of school vacation. Good Morning, Thursday February 19th. The rink is open and the Lodge will be open from 11:00-8:00 today. Tomorrow Friday February 20th we will be open same time but will close early when the snow starts. Come on out and enjoy todays weather.

Community HELP

While we pause skating at the rink as the result of warm temps. We are reaching out to the public for support. We are specifically addressing parents who drop their kids off to skate for the day or evening. We work year round as volunteers so we can provide a place for all kids and families to have a free place to skate. With school vacation upon us, in the last two days and evenings we are seeing a great amount of kids coming down and enjoying the rink. Unfortunately we are experiencing unacceptable language and fights with middle school student's as well as rowdiness. This has caused families with young children to leave earlier than planned. We are asking parents to remind their middle school age kids to be respectful and appreciative of what this rink has to offer. There is zero tolerance for this behavior therefore we will ask these kids to leave. Our volunteers are not there to break up fights in the lodge between minors. Please understand we get to know these kids on daily basis and the majority conduct themselves properly. The Friends of West Brook Skating wants to thank you for your attention to this issue. We want to provide a fun safe atmosphere for all.
