The Staffing Support Specialist position in Biddeford, ME is responsible for screening and forwarding resumes to appropriate internal staff and promptly responding to interested applicants via email and multi-line phones. This is a full time, temp to hire position offering standard business hours. Some flexibility is helpful. You will provide complete and comprehensive orientations for Field Employees as needed, make outgoing availability calls regularly, and overall play a key part in office administrative functions from conducting references, to screening calls and scheduling appointments. You’ll regularly assist the Staffing Supervisors when necessary, adhere to all EEO/Employment laws as they pertain to the employment process, and other duties as assigned. If you have strong attention to detail, take initiative, and are highly motivated, this may be the job for you!


What We Need From You:

1-2 years of administrative/customer service experience
Minimum of High School Diploma
Type at least 40 WPM
Ability to maintain professionalism at all times
Possess a positive and friendly attitude
Experience with Microsoft office/Google Suite software required
Overall tech savviness and strong computer experience with the ability to learn new software with minimal training
Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
Must be able to multi-task and change gears quickly
Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks

The Administrative Assistant position in Kennebunk is responsible for working with customers and dealers via email and Phone to quote parts. Will act as the liaison between their California facility and the Customer / Dealer to obtain correct information and pricing to prepare quotations. This is a full time, temp to hire, day shift position. You will provide excellent customer service, through written, face to face and verbal communication. You will learn the customers system to generate warranty, billable sales orders and RMA's for machines, parts and service. You’ll help organize Shared Google calendar documenting Employee time off Requests, scan and file documents electronically using clients current Doc Surfer system, and help with organizing and sending weekly packet of sales orders, receiving slips and expenses to their California office. What We Need From You:

1-3 Years of Admin/Office experience

The Production Picking/Packing Associate position in Sanford is responsible for quality-checking labels on all-natural products and overall consistency of the products, and packaging products in a production line environment. This is a part time or full time, temp indefinite position depending on the candidate's availability. You will assist with ensuring various products are up to specifications.
