For seven and a half years, we’ve shown up pretty much every day in our sunny café – including through the pandemic – building this business piece by piece. If it’s a day between 7 AM and 3 PM, you know we’re going to be here.

When our roaster caught fire late last year, we really weren’t sure what came next.
