I created an ad a day and a half ago and each day received about 40 to 50 messages a day.

Usually in my ads I ask for the following:
Who will be living here ?
What does everyone do for work?
Any animals? If so what kind/breed?
Do you have any rental history?
When are you looking to move?

When I have to sift through 80 messages...what's going to make you stand out?

"Is this still available?"

Are you a robot???

Haha 😄 anyways just think about the other person on the other side of the screen. If I am getting 80 messages I'm not going to respond to the ones who didn't read the ad and answer my questions. Or sometimes I get people who just write

"When can I see it?"

Time is money. I don't have time to show 80 people I need to filter out who can afford it, who could be able to keep their animals and live here, and not just set up appointments with just anybody.
