The Boston Area Lactation Connection

So much fun this week over at I'll be in Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, off Thursday and then in either Friday or Saturday depending on patient needs. Happy Thanksgiving week!

Being back has been so wonderful! Seeing parents anxiety just melt down their shoulders and having babies smile at me never, ever gets old. The new office is a blast and is everything that it was envisioned to be. I'm eternally grateful for Erin for putting this space together for the community, but also in her amazingly intentional choices to bring together specific practitioners who so deeply want the people they see to feel empowered and seen. I'll be in the office Tue, Thurs and Saturday this upcoming week. See ya soon!!

I don't often recommend books because I spend most of my time reading research and dry existentialism. This is an exception. The above is from the epilogue, written by the author's wife. Truer words haven't met my eyes in years, and I felt every word of this statement.

What an honor it is to be alive, though all of the daily minutiae, trials and tribulations try us, and the big things threaten to break us. What a phenomenal read. Grab a box of tissues.
