Are you in shape enough to do a Tread Tabata® workout?
This is probably one of the most common questions we get asked.

The answer is YES! All of classes can be modified to a level YOU are most comfortable with. Run, Walk or Spin. All of our certified instructors are trained to be able to offer the exercises from beginner to an advanced level. This includes the treadmill and the floor workout.

The beauty of Tread Tabata® is that is a class that all bodies can do. You go at a pace you are comfortable with. We are here to educate, inspire, motivate & keep you safe!
