Love the music—but not sure how to dance to it?

Join us for a fun, welcoming dance experience where you’ll learn how to move naturally to songs across the decades—from swing and disco to modern favorites. Each week, we’ll explore easy, beginner-friendly partner dancing—drawing from styles like swing and hustle—that help you feel comfortable and confident on the dance floor.

This is a relaxed, social experience designed for the Cove Community to move, connect, and enjoy dancing without overthinking it.

No partner or experience needed—come solo, with a friend, or with a partner.
