Join us on August 10 from 9–5 for a One-Day Experiential Leadership Retreat!
What actually makes a team work? Not titles. Not org charts. It’s how people show up together. This one-day, highly interactive retreat is designed for emerging leaders, new managers, and cross-functional team leads who want practical, human-centered tools to strengthen team dynamics and culture.
Using the Five Components of a Healthy Team—trust, healthy conflict, commitment, accountability, and results—you’ll learn by doing. Through hands-on challenges, real-time reflection, and meaningful dialogue, you’ll build skills you can apply immediately back at work.
You’ll walk away with:
• Practical tools to build trust and psychological safety
• Strategies to navigate conflict productively
• Clear ways to strengthen commitment and accountability
• A shared language you can bring back to your team
• Renewed clarity, ownership, and alignment in your leadership
This isn’t theory. It’s experience-based learning that sticks.
If you’re stepping into leadership, leading without authority, or navigating complex team dynamics—this retreat is built for you.
WBZ News Radio has a short segment each weekend about a local event or organization, and they featured us a couple of weeks ago! In a short interview with Caitlin McCormick Small you can hear about all of the types of programs we run, the benefits and joys, and see some fun visuals from a day a Project Adventure. Give it a watch and find out more on our website to see all that we do here at PA!
