💛..The format allowed me to focus on the videos and complete segments at my own pace. I was able to take breaks and reflect before picking back up.
I’ve already started applying the techniques,I even introduced the gaze, jaw drop, and breath method to my kids, and we had fun practicing it. I think it will become a a favored method to reset the noise!
I’m also encouraged to try the military sleep method, better sleep would be a game changer!”

Had a great day teaching “Answering the Call—Prioritizing Mental Wellness” to the Burlington Police Department.

One officer shared:
