We are thrilled to finally share with you the complete draft of PlanBeverly - the City's new Master Plan! If you've been participating since the beginning, you know that the preparation of this plan follows an extensive public process held in late 2019 / early 2020, including meetings, workshops, surveys, and opportunities for review of the individual components of the Plan. The Plan was largely compiled by mid-March when the pandemic caused our attention to shift. Read the letter from the Mayor, at the front of the Plan, to learn what we've done since then.

You can also find the plan link on the Planning Department's webpage: http://www.beverlyma.gov/departments/planning/. The Plan will be added to http://plan.beverlyma.gov early next week.

The Planning Board will be discussing the plan, virtually, at their meeting on Tuesday, November 17, 2020. This meeting is open to all and will be recorded by BevCam for viewing later. Meeting info is on the City's website.
