This is my experience and it definitely was on Monday, to have two teams celebrate each other for the work they put into elevating their teammates Kérastase hosted Lunatic Fringe Salon in their L’Oréal Academy Take Over with Jay Mahmood🌍✂️Global Education creating beautiful technical looks and me Carlo Novoa facilitating Personal Development, over 65 of their master stylist/leaders, two programs one intention to celebrate and inspire.

Here’s how I achieved it,
First start with Metal Detox.
Regrowth formula: equal parts 5.32 & 6.0 with iNOA 20vol.
+
At the 20min of my 35min processing time, I comed some of the base color through, using an uneven stroke method.
+
Blow dry using AirLight Pro and Absolut Repair Molecular Oil for healthy, shiny hair with a beautiful finish.
+

My beautiful friend Rose was heading to the premiere of her Independent Film Snow in Minneapolis this past weekend and I was honored to style her hair.
+

The inspiration was a modern day Dorothy Dandrige , classic, beautiful, sexy, powerful, timeless and very sophisticated.

I have great respect for those Artists who specialize, and I love being a Color & Haircut specialist.

With my amazing client and friend Michy I decided to give her a haircut first, and design my highlight placement around the haircut.
+
+
+
Started my highlight placement in the back using BS9 with 20vol, once I moved to the front I used BS9 with 30vol, no heat.
+
+
+
Toned using Dialight as my gloss, equal parts 9.1 & 10.22 with 9vol.
Of course started the entire process using MetalDetox.
