Set across three levels and roughly 9,000 sq. ft., this residence balances tradition with open-concept family living. A classic brick facade and formal front rooms give way to more relaxed rear spaces — where stucco, porches, and balconies open to the yard, and the kitchen and family room become the heart of daily life. Classic at its core, the home infuses traditional architecture with a contemporary spirit, finely tuned to the rhythms of everyday living.
