Here’s a little video of a house I sold. These guys are awesome and we found the best house in the best location that’s the best fit for where they are in their lives. It happens all the time (with me anyway ha!). Can’t wait to see what they do here and then what’s next!

He’s a long time friend and it was a rocky path for him (4 deals lost in multiple offers!). But ultimately, he got the best house, in the best location, and the best deal!
