The Westchester

So excited to share this full renovation we just wrapped in Westchester, CA!
This project was a full gut renovation. We were able to transform this single story home into a little haven in the heart of Los Angeles. From expanding the entrance - full landscaping and more, we added 650 sq ft to the main home building out a primary suite and walk in closet. Home is flooded with sunlight with skylights and massive windows/sliding doors. And old garage became a gorgeous full ADU, with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. This home was reimagined from the ground up.

Features include wide plank oak floors, Taj Mahal quartzite in the kitchen, Thermador appliances, and tons of natural light throughout.

The primary suite has a dreamy walk-in closet and a spa bathroom with Bucato Stone and a wet room for the shower + tub.

All new systems too — HVAC, plumbing, 200A panel, new roof — everything brand new.
The ADU comes fully loaded with its own kitchen, bath, closet, and HVAC. Couldn’t be happier with how this one turned out!
