Happy first day of Spring!

This season always feels like a gentle reminder to breathe a little deeper, open a little wider, and make space for renewal — inside and out.

With that in mind, I wanted to share an upcoming opportunity to settle in, reset, and reconnect through sound.

The next Relax | Renew | Restore sound meditation is just two weeks away on Friday, April 3rd from 7:00–8:00pm Inner Strength Fitness & Yoga Studio. If you plan to join, please come a little early to get settled, and feel free to bring anything that helps you get comfortable — a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or eye covering — or use the props provided by the studio.
