Simply the best.

I have been working on a Primary Bed Room plus Bath and Sitting Room for special clients that I have worked with for many, many years. (Tile is going up in the Bathroom as I post today…progress pics soon.). The Bedroom will be varying shades of deep green. Workrooms are busy completing window treatments, bedding and upholstery. It’s time to pull in the accessories to complete the look.

I favor the juxtaposition of old and new in both provenance and style. Found this late 19th century covered jar at the in Poolesville a few weeks ago. And while shopping in the other day, spotted this glass vase to pair with the jar for the top of the bachelors chest.
