We just got back from the 2026 AILA Annual Conference in San Diego, California, and what a week it was! Our team joined over 2,500 immigration attorneys and industry professionals for one of the biggest gatherings in the immigration law calendar.

Natalia Pronina, Juline Kaleyias, and Oxana Percic represented EB5 Capital at the conference, where Juline delivered a standout presentation as part of our sponsored panel, "Winning Strategies in EB-1 and EB-2 NIWs," in front of an audience of 200+ attendees.

We reconnected with longtime partners, made new connections with attorneys across the country, and had energizing conversations about the EB-5 program and what lies ahead.

🎉 JF46 – Finale at Breckenridge Receives I-956F Approval

We are proud to share that USCIS has officially approved EB5 Capital's I-956F petition for JF46 – Finale at Breckenridge! This milestone reflects our team's continued commitment to rigorous project underwriting and compliance throughout the EB-5 process.

This marks our 17th I-956F approval across 19 projects since the RIA, and our 5th approved project in Colorado.

We’re pleased to announce that JF35 - Jersey Avenue Apartments has received its first I-526E approval from USCIS! This milestone marks EB5 Capital’s 42nd project to receive an I-526 or I-526E approval.
