Recently completed 4 bathroom remodels (well, technically 3.5) for a family in a lovely 1940s-built colonial home in East Bethesda. Relocated an adjacent bedroom closet to allow kids' bath to be expanded and create space for a double vanity along with separate toilet/bath room with pocket door for privacy. Master, basement and powder rooms all updated with new finishes and fixtures.

Stop Hammer Time. At least that's probably what the homeowner was thinking as we jackhammered out these trenches in their basement to relocate some underslab plumbing lines. But we'll make it up to them with a beautiful new basement apartment. 👷🏾‍♂️💪🏾🔨
