Yesterday, Disruptive AI (my company) partnered with Rapid Labz (CEO ) to host a full-day AI Summit for the incredible .nonprofit community.

Their community brought together leaders from Stanley Black & Decker, major consulting firms, founders, entrepreneurs, and college students—all trying to answer the same question: what does AI actually mean for my business?

We kicked things off with my keynote on why AI is bigger than the Internet, because this isn’t a tool shift, it’s a structural shift in how businesses operate and compete.

From there, we got practical and broke down a handful of game-changing AI tools leaders should actually be using, without the fluff or overwhelm, and then we built.

Rapid Labz led a live vibe coding session where the shift happened in real time and people went from learning to creating. That’s the gap we’re closing.

Too many leaders are still stuck in AI curiosity and our work is about moving them into real AI fluency—strategic, practical, and tactical.

At Disruptive AI, we have three pillar: AI education and fluency, AI product development and commercialization & venture.

These summits are where baseline fluency starts, but for those ready to go further, we’re building deeper pathways through our upcoming CEO School—and in October, AI BusinessCon is where it accelerates.

If this was about understanding the shift, October is about taking advantage of it.

If you want to bring this kind of AI summit or training to your organization, DM me “AI” or reach out directly.

Spent the day at “We The People: Reclaiming Accountability in the Age of Intelligent Systems” hosted by The Digital Economist alongside the IMF and World Bank meetings this week.

First time experiencing the organization—and the community they’ve built over the last six years.

Well done to Navroop K. Sahdev and José Luiz Carvalho for creating a global platform focused on human-centered perspectives across technology, economics, and AI.

As someone building, advising, and operating in this space, a lot of the themes were familiar—policy, security, energy, adoption.

But what stood out was the room.

Global operators, policymakers, and practitioners—many just back from World Economic Forum Annual Meeting—sharing real-time perspectives on how these shifts are actually playing out.

One stat that stayed with me, shared by Sandy Carter:

Only 1.7% of the world has used AI beyond prompting.

It puts things in perspective.

Because when you’re in it every day, it feels like everything is moving fast.
But zoom out—and it’s clear this isn’t just about timing. It’s about fluency.

I’ve said this before: a small percentage of leaders truly understand the structural shift AI will have on business. Most are still viewing it through a productivity lens.

That gap is where the opportunity is.

It’s also why we’re building AI BusinessCon—to help leaders understand the shift, not just experiment with tools.

Also appreciated the conversation on the voice economy—especially Mellini Monique’s perspective on voice as an economic asset as models are trained on our data. It reframes ownership in a meaningful way.

For me, this is part of the responsibility—being in rooms like this, staying close to the conversation, and bringing that insight back into how we build and guide.

Because AI isn’t just being built. It’s being shaped.

Great to connect with so many leaders in one room.

Thank you for the invite, Nina Archie.

I get business advice from , , Steve Jobs, , and .

Not directly.

I trained AI on how they think.

Most people use AI for answers.
I use it to challenge my decisions.

That’s the difference.

If you’re building right now, you should be doing this.

Comment “ADVISOR” if you want me to break down how I built it.
