Time for some bass recording! Steinberger XP2 bass > Focusrite ISA One > 2A-KT compressor for DI duties. For the amp, I have a Blue Kickball (speaker) and UT Twin87 (room) in front, and a Heil PR40 in the bass port on the back going through Neve clone preamps. Lately, I've just been doing the DI/compressor combo, but felt like the current song needed more oomph!
