Berwyn Fire Company

The Berwyn Fire Company, along with the Paoli Fire Company had crews and apparatus on standby for the Tredyffrin Township Fourth of July Celebration at Wilson Farm Park.

Due to the incoming thunderstorm, the fireworks were launched early to allow time for members of the public to leave the Park.

Following the standby, Berwyn crews responded to two commercial fire alarm activations and a tree into a house in Tredyffrin Township. Paoli also had members who were waiting out the storm to pass at Station 102, jump onboard Berwyn apparatus to assist with these calls.

Berwyn Fire Company personnel took advantage of the nice weather today to conduct vehicle rescue training at Station 102.

This included utilization of all of the rescue tools and stabilization struts. During each evolution, a break was taken to discuss best practices.
